The competition will be open to all active Fitness First members and non-members in UAE.
Employees, freelancers, contributors, or anyone else connected to Fitness First can take part in the challenge but are NOT eligible to win prizes.
To be eligible to win prizes, in the case of members, they must be clear of any arrears at the time of announcing winners.
Members can attempt the challenge as many times as possible; however, non-members can attempt only once.
The challenge starts at 00:01 am on 10th February 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm on 28th February 2025.
It is the sole responsibility of the participants to ensure they are fit to attempt the challenge, and Fitness First should not be held responsible for any mishaps under any circumstance.
It is the participants’ responsibility to ensure their entry is submitted before the end of this challenge, and all fake entries will be discarded.
The winners will be selected by way of an electronic draw from all entries received following these Terms & Conditions.
Winners selected will be announced on 6th March 2025 or sooner. If there are any challenges, Fitness First reserves the right to change the announcement date and is not under any responsibility to inform the participants beforehand.
Each winner will be notified by phone, email, and SMS by a representative of Fitness First directly. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of being notified of their win, the winner's prize is forfeited, and Fitness First shall be entitled to select another winner following the process described above. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and Fitness First shall be entitled to select another winner.
The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.
The winner consents to the use by Fitness First, and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the competition for an unlimited time, of the winner's image, photography, and name for publicity purposes if required, and in advertising, marketing, or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the competition, all entrants consent to the same.
The winner is solely responsible for arranging the visa and the prize is non-exchangeable for cash.
